So Cabbage is a blonde, narcoleptic swordsman with a much stronger alter ego who loves women. Does this character sound familiar at all? Barto is kind of an insane character if you think about it. My guy has been surviving in the new world as a captain, with what looks like no haki, and is strong enough with just his devil fruit alone at base strength to win tournaments in dressrossa without even trying against people like Bellamy, and the ability to fend off Hakuba’s attacks while standing still. That’s without even factoring in his offensive capabilities when he’s so inclined to use them. Ffs dude lumped a VA offscreen without breaking a sweat. Get my guy some real hardcore training for his power and some haki and he will be a very real problem. Imagine how strong that thing could be with armament. Doesn’t even need six powers or whatever other power systems might be lurking out there in Oda’s wide wacky world
