Imagine if workouts were designed like a rhythm game? To make them more engaging, I decided to immerse myself in the melodic worlds of DDR, rhythm games, and Project Diva. This means that workouts will feel like dancing, because YES, we can workout and have fun simultaneously! Just as I did previously with K/DA, the workouts will be synchronized with the music itself, replacing traditional timers. I recall being incredibly motivated during those workouts, and they were highly appreciated. SO LET'S BRING THEM BACK for March!

The addition of floating notes was experimental and remains a tool in progress, but I noticed this method is perfect for tricking your brain into maintaining a specific pace, resulting in improved cardio! On that note, enjoy!
Side note: Some "note combos" (especially Remote control) might be a bit tricky at first, so I recommend practicing them beforehand for a more enjoyable experience. However, performing these movements perfectly is not necessary to benefit from the workouts—they aren't dangerous and don't require perfect form. That said, nailing them is extremely rewarding!
