YO Heetah, notice how Netero said it's been over 50 years since he was considered THE STRONGEST nen user of all time. Notice how Netero said that hes less than half as strong as he was in his prime. Then notice how he compares himself to Pitou at that state. If he says Pitou can probably beat him at less than half his original power. Just imagine how strong Netero was in his Prime. All I'm tryna say, is that you're definitely right about him downplaying his true power. This puts into perspective the power level of these characters.
