Real Penalty - Admin chat commands

Now you can also use the chat for the same commands of the admin app:
/RPADMIN scon
/RPADMIN scoff
/RPADMIN vscon
/RPADMIN vscoff
/RPADMIN fcyon
/RPADMIN fcyoff
/RPADMIN redflag
Off course you have to be admin for Real Penalty (set the GUIDs or use the password for that).
I never did that but it should be also possible to create shortcuts and use the buttons of the wheel for the commands.
