Nothing makes sense when it comes to comfort for cats! My cats have slept on a random newspaper on the floor, on a shoe, on top of my dog, and once inside my dresser drawer. I wanted to grab some socks, and out of nowhere, there was a cat. He found a way to get in π.
So yeah, I guess the best recommendation is to buy a random cardboard box! It's more likely that he'll prefer that over a fancy bed for his post-lunch nap! πΈ
