It's the penultimate episode and the focus is on our strongest dwarf: SENSHI! This episode was ALL HIM: Backstory but also...the shift, y'all!
Our crew is in the heart of the dungeon, but this Freaky Friday situation that happens is so hilarious but also concerning! I'm not ready for this series to end! But at least we're going out for the season on a high, perhaps?

AHAHAHA ZOOKEEPER LAIOS is so perfect for him! The keeper of the dungeon! 😛 I agree, I was so convinced of the cannibalism as well so I’m pleasantly surprised and happy that it ended up not being the case! I love Senshi defying all the stereotypes and just being such a GOAT character! Honestly, if the negotiation turns into a cook off - maybe that’s a way that “Grumpy Elf” can be won over? I would root for that! And yes, Laios cannot be an elf - Kabru would combust! 😛 Thank you so much for the comment and kind words - I can’t believe we only have one episode left, too! It’s not fair!

Zookeeper Laios! Just don't ever let PETA visit that zoo! I remember the DREAD that filled me watching this episode the first time! I was so convinced of the cannibalism, and I found the backstory so intriguing; I really enjoyed this episode. Senshi being uninterested in typical dwarven stereotypes, and not being a strong fighter made it even more interesting. The suggestion of sending Elf Senshi to the Canaries - what do you figure the odds are the negotiation turns into a cook off? Loved "Laios being an elf is too much power" hahaha! Great reaction and discussion, it's not fair there's only one left!!

2025-05-05 00:33:28 +0000 UTCI’m going to split the comment here so mods get a chance to read it first and decide where this information is spoilers This is were we learn a few important things Chilchuck is tall for a half foot, it’s nice to see him look his age, and he’s very masculine by half foot standards Senshi is considered feminine by dwarf standards. You’ll notice of the elves of the last episode none of them were doing that ethereal thing, that’s just senshi.

Laios in my opinion wouldn’t be the worst king. When push comes to shove he can be a good and serious leader who knows how to effectively manage a party of people my evidence in the Falin fight and the aftermath. He’s also compassionate and generous evidenced by what Kabru said a few episodes back, about him giving pay to someone that was injured while in their party. He just wouldn’t be amazing at politics so yeah he’d need a few advisers and mages as you said. “Is there going to be cannibalism this episode” 😬 The most terrifying thing I can imagine is being trapped underground and hunted. Sad that senshi named the kelpie after Anne. Senshi also adapted some of traits from the members of his party, specifically Gillian. Also btw one of them was a gnome, don’t remember which one. “If they eat that will that change them” foreshadowing I’ve only had Duck roasted and fried it can be made well and taste amazing. I recommend going to a Chinese restaurant for it specifically. Crispy duck much like pork belly can melt in your mouth. Keep in mind that the mushrooms don’t change personalty. So senshi is like that naturally.
