I hope your week is off to a blissful start! Here's a little something to help relax you if you need it.
There are similarities to both parts but some changes too. You know I strive to give you variety! If you wish to skip the induction part, you can jump to around the mid-15 minute mark. This is designed to be an intense experience for you as well as an incredibly relaxing one so the more you listen to it, the more of the build up you will have. I really hope you love it!
