[Important notification] Reward shipping change due to postal cost raise

There is an important change about the Reward shipping.

This is currently only true of the squid tier (and jellyfish tier)

+ Shipping update about April shipping rewards

1. UPU postal rate change

Some may already know, the international shipping costs around the world have increased. 

It's not just S.Korea, It's about the whole world. 

it has already been in effect in Korea since July 1st..

Not because of the COVID19, 

It's related to the politics and economy of the United States.

The increase rate is shockingly big because Korea was kind of a developing country😰

There are two kinds of parcels that I used.

• International Mail (국제우편)l: Shrimp Tier , Jellyfish Tier (only paper items such as letters and postcards, stickers) 
• Small Airmail (소형포장물) : Squid Tier (small product and sample)

The price of 'Small Airmail' I used in the Squid Tier has increased by three~four times on average.

The promise with my Patreon is the most important for me.

So I will try to keep the promise of October 2020.

Therefore, there is no change in the fixed product for 2020 October's Reward shipping.

Unfortunately, there was increase of the post cost, 

I'm so sorry to announce that there will be limitation on the squid tier for August to October. 

During the period, it is not available to join the squid tier. 

Also due to this situation, I have no choice but to change the reward shipping.

2. Changed Shipping Reward (from 2021 April)

Last one year, I've made products through poll such as pin vs tapes vs charm or stickers vs eyeglass cloth.

From next year, basic shipping reward will be postcards and sticker sheet.

In the case of eyeglass cleaning cloth, the post office inquired about it and said it was likely to be returned because it was not a paper.

If I have a new paper product idea next year, I will add it at poll.

Enamel pin have always won at the poll so far,

so I think there are a lot of patreon who like pins

For now, I have no plan making higher tier for the pin club,

Instead, I can make these items through ' Additional order' in the future.

3. Additional order

Since last year, I've been making additional products outside of Patreon.

I sent the product with Basic Reward without receiving the shipping fee.

From now on, about additional order, the shipping fee will be added.  (The shipping cost is probably about $10 to USA, this is about additional order, There is no need to pay shipping charges for basic reward.)

Instead, maybe I can get a preorder and make and send the product regardless of the basic reward.

As you know, Worldwide shipments are not working well because of the virus.

This will be start once the current COIVD situation is resolved to some extent and delivery is return to normally situation.

4. Shipping update about April shipping rewards

I have not yet delivered April Rewards to 120 patreons, 

and I personally emailed them all. 

If you're currently my patreon and you haven't received my email, your reward  shipping means it's sent from March.

If you haven't received your product yet, there is a possibility that it hasn't yet departed from the post office in Korea.

I would appreciate it if you could understand that the situation is very different from country to country.

I contacted the post office and had new information,

not my case, but for individual business postal service in Korea,

The United States, Canada, Britain, Germany and Russia, deliveries will begin on June 29.

I see this as a positive sign of the resumption of delivery.

However, it is said that the delivery will be more delayed than usual due to the still reduced flight volume.

Recently, I started receiving return package from USA.

In case of returned, I keep in touch personally and ship again with next rewards.
