Honestly Jimmy and Kim's fight on the roof is one my favorite scenes. It kind of reminds me of her telling Chuck off way back in season 2 for always holding Jimmy back - she has a way of saying the things that the audience has been thinking, even if we hadn't fully put into words yet.

Chuck likes being a lawyer because it means being high status & a representative of a sacred, vital institution. Jimmy likes being a lawyer because it gives him an avenue to channel his "colourful" ways in respected profession. Unfortunately his colourful ways are antithetical to being a lawyer as he's never shy of bending/breaking the rules to get his desired outcome. And therefore, it shows & people can see him as that breed of lawyer. That "kind of lawyer guilty people hire" line was said by Betsy Kettleman all the way back in S1E4. That STUCK with him. It was about 1.5 years ago in story time. Kim's face to him revealing that he's completely pushed Chuck out of his mind D: She almost can't believe those words are coming from his mouth after he clearly cared for Chuck so deeply for so long. Poor Werner. Driven mad by isolation :(
