One of my top 5 favorite episodes of the whole BCS/BB universe, possibly my single fav, maybe, but just to be an asshole, I have to point out a few things that aren't possible.
1. After Kevin leaves, Page asks Kim to assure her that Mesa Verde won't be involved. Mesa Verde was completely involved! Mesa Verde was at the heart of the whole thing! No, it didn't come back to bight MV in the ass, but it could've, and Kim had to have known it. So, one of my fav characters in this whole universe lied. Okay. Still love her.
2. Although Jimmy had every right to defend himself, no way that Kim could've been his co-counsel. She's involved in the whole case; she was Jimmy's motivation for the whole thing, and the tape makes it clear. She would not have been allowed to defend him.
3. In a real trial, as opposed to a Bar hearing, Chuck's entire admission would've been stricken because it was based on Huell's crime. I don't know how bar hearings work, so maybe it's ok.
That said, I LOVE this episode. Not only was it great, it was perfect. I loved the irony of when Chuck taunts Jimmy, "You think I'll break like a witness at the end of a Perry Mason episode," which is exactly what he does. Perfect across the board, despite my few critiques. Keep going, K&E!

The highest rated episode of BCS and a certain fan-favourite!
The whole episode, intro & Jimmy's trip the vet aside, takes place at the courthouse.
HUELL!!!!! great to see the actor lost a bunch of weight post-breaking bad, though it does mean Huell technically put on loads of weight haha
McKean's rant at the end is glorious. It's an unbroken take too. The camera just slowly pushes in on him more and more.
Their whole plan was to expose Chuck as mentally unstable, basically giving anything he said 0 credibility to the panel, even though it's all true.
You can see Jimmy didn't enjoy doing it but knew he had to to keep his license. Back someone with Jimmy's (& Kim's) smarts into a corner and you make them dangerous.

The fact that Michael McKean (Chuck) didn't win an Emmy for this one is a SICK JOKE!
