The reason for the intro cut-off is to make it like Saul's low-budget crappy commercials. As if it was made by a student who accidentally cropped the last couple of notes off haha

You guys have always been very observant of color and saturation in your reactions, and without giving anything away, if you pay attention to it throughout the whole series, you will notice something VERY creative and symbolic that is happening during the intro sequence. Just goes to show how carefully crafted this show is, every small thing is laden with meaning.
