This is something I've been struggling with since the beginning, but I always have trouble with setting the speed of the piston movement. A slow speed is easy to see but frustrating, and a fast speed makes the image more powerful but hard to see. When I set it to an intermediate speed, I end up feeling like "Maybe a faster speed would have been better after all."
I think this is a problem that will probably always follow me as long as I continue making gifs and videos.mmm…

I'm not expert, but maybe is you speed up the gif but stop it from a couple of frames when the stick is all the way in and/or out will be easier to see the image with a faster movement
