Chef Bandit presents: Spanish Style Carne Asada and garlic fried rice meal!

Many people have been asking me tips and pointers about how I lost weight. Experts recommend a healthy mix of exercise and healthy dieting for a good healthy weight loss.


Here’s a one of my favorite go-to healthy yet delicious meals I enjoy!

(Portions vary per individual based on height and weight. Be mindful of your portions and make sure to always eat adequate amounts of food to sustain yourself at all times)

Process:

London Broil Steak seasoned with light Italian seasoning, and roasted garlic & herb

Cut into pieces like papa roach’s life

Use cooking spray to maximize health benefits!



Add red pepper and onions to enhance the Latin flavors






Rice preparation:

Brown rice in rice cooker! Use brown rice for maximum healthy carb usage!

Once cooked, add small tints of black pepper and garlic salt. Proceed for slow fry in pan for a couple of minutes to get mild crunch if preferred.



Cilantro leaves and chopped up green onion for rice garnish.


Fried garlic flakes on top for over all garnish!
