Next Game: Summit Her (ideas?)

Again, basically you play as a tiny, climbing/exploring the body of a giantess. I want to make it so your tiny can interact/comment on different parts of the body and have some kind of goal.
Have thoughts for gameplay or ideas for playable characters or giant bodies to explore, let me know :3
