"My belly is still huge." She suggested, walking her fingers down the side of her mammoth middle.
He responded, "You gave birth to triplets not even two weeks ago, of course your belly is going to be-"
She interrupted, "...they kick."
A pause. "What?"
She pushed against the side of her belly, hard. It responded by pushing back, something /inside/ pushing back enough to ripple. "I think I just saw a limb. They-"
"They? More than one?"
"Look, I'm at /least/ as big as I was before I gave birth. And there's too much movement in too many directions for it to be just one. I'm telling you, I'm as pregnant now as I was before the triplets. /And/ I have three newborns to feed."
Another pause, longer. Then, "Okay, I'll be right there."
