Added 2025-01-14 16:34:48 +0000 UTCmy headcanon for this form is that he grafted the right hand of Shibai's corpse onto his amputated arm (Madara style) and doing so activated the Otsutsukification in his karma leading to him developing a permanent horn, not a karma activated one. I think I'll call it "pre ascension".
Fully ascended will be the next one.

He's grafted Shibai's hand and it turned him full Otsutsuki, so yeah not affected by the charm anymore. Full ascension to me is third eye opened + eaten the chakra fruit of earth
