August plans and big decision

Now that you all know about this secret project that I’m working on in the last months, I decided that, during August, I’m going to work very hard with the last half part of the Ignition Crisis comic series called After Quickstrike: Beach Getaway. I just only have 7 pages more to go. And, if you think watching Lin naked in the bathroom was hot, you haven’t seen the best part, yet!

And talking about this series, I want to take this moment to announce an important decision that I was thinking a long time ago. To be honest, It was not easy to write this down in this post, and I’m afraid of how you guys, who are fans of this series, will react about it. So, for starters, I’m going to say that this will be the last Ignition Crisis comic that I will work with. I decided that I’m not going to work on another Quickstrike comic again.

Now, don’t freak out, and don’t get me wrong ideas about it. It’s not that I don’t like the series anymore, I still do. I still like the characters of series… well, mostly the girls of Ignition Crisis universe, and all the sexy and funny situations that Sneedham creates for these characters. And I’d love to contribute to this project in any way I can. But, lately, it is becoming very hard to keep working with this project; and the reasons why I took this decision are not personal, just professional.

The reason that I decided to leave this project is that I have my own projects, too. I have so many arts, fanarts, art challenges and comics that I want to work with, And, on top of that, I haven’t continued working on the first page of my adult parody comic of Silent Hill 4. Moreover, I wrote the script of my next Avatar the Last Airbender comic and doodled the pages. And there are more idea comic that I want to make. I’m not going to mention them because they are a big surprise…. Well… spoiler alert… I got some My Little Pony Equestria Girls ideas for a comic...

But, seriously, every time I work with Ignition Crisis comics, I don’t have time to work on my own comics/mangas. The more I work on Ignition Crisis, the more I really want to work on my own projects. And it is taking me a lot of time that I could use it to work on my own projects. And for those who don’t know about this craftsmanship, making comics is hard work and takes a lot of time if you work alone.

So, Sneedham, if you reading this, I’m very sorry for disappointing you with this decision. I usually don’t talk about my feelings openly. I must confess that I’m a little reserved man to everyone, even with my own family, I do not express my feelings because of my fear of how people will react if I say something.

However, this doesn’t mean that I don’t like the Ignition Crisis series anymore. Like I said before, I still love this series and I love drawing the female characters, I have a lot of fun drawing them and it is a real pleasure to do so. Maybe in the future I will make another art for the series, but not as a comic, but as an art.

So, that’s all I have to say.
