This was long overdue! Hope you enjoy... and hope I didn't make mistakes!
on and oner, must be too much brilliant…
Have you tried connecting two mosfet source to source instead of full bridge rectumfrier to avoid on and just get off and oner?

Better video for a "dimmer" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtPGRz8iDzs

I love these until what’s left of my smooth brain starts to melt out of my ears

Fantastic! I'd love to see a similarly styled video discussing IGBTs.

Do you remember the Head Shower of Doom? Well, in Brazil, it's quite common nowadays for some more expensive shower devices to use two MOSFETs to control the total power delivered to the heating element.
I found a good video in Portuguese (use subtitles) about MOSFETs:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNfJrUPWp0I
Here is a sample of the MOSFETs we use in the head shower devices:

A small project for a sample shower device with electronic control:

And a sample circuit to demonstrate a light bulb (incandescent) controlled by a MOSFET:

This is the transistor (I guess)
