Is 5G Spelling Our DOOM?! How EM Waves Can Hurt
Added 2020-05-19 02:10:03 +0000 UTC
Hello BOOMers! Want to know if 5G is killing us all? You better be!
Hope you are safe and sound, especially now that things are opening up!
And have fun!
I think for your concern to become a reality, the earbuds would have to have to go decades without ever needing to be charged. The warming effect doesn't stay when the frequency is removed and then picks up where it left off the next time. Like going from the sun into the shade. Not to mention that any such warming is probably in nano degrees (if that is such a thing). There are more real things to be concerned about out there.

Note that researchers suggest there are some health effects of EMF but that applies more to long-term exposure like talking for hours with a cellphone on ear as the intensity of EMF decreases with the square of the distance from the source. https://www.selfhacked.com/blog/emfs-bad-unhealthy-health-effects-emfs/

Mehdi, you could mention resonance effects, but for low power, meh, who cares

ElectroBOOM video with references to Davie504... this is getting awkwardly great

This video makes me remember of Beakman's World, the best TV show IMO when I was a child. Congrats Mehdi!

Thank you for making this video. It's all we need to end with those mambo jambo 5G-Covid-Billgates-antivaccines conspiranoicds.

Yeah, it would be a big Lighbulb or LED tower or something like that :P

I watched one of your early videos the other day, I think youβre a good example of education in yourself learning all these things like video editing and the graphics used(I need educating on this myself haha) when itβs all completely new to you ππ» although obviously all this means nothing without content which is why your videos have always been great ππ»
I hope everyone is keeping well and staying relatively sane

Corret me if Iβm wrong but. If some tower radiated at a frequency in the visible spectrum, it would literally glow of visible light or..? Sorry for the ignorance, but in school I have always thought of radio frequencies, visible light and uv,xray and gamma ray as different things

Great video but I am more interested in understanding if wireless earbuds are more harmful than good. Apologies to the sponsor but long term 2.4GHz exposure (heating) is more concerning to me.

I had an argument with my dad for a puny wifi repeater in his room because of this fear of radiation, hopefully this will help explaining. Thank you for your work!

Man, what did you study in school? I'm guessing physics mixed in with some radiology/biology. I'm impressed. It may be useful for your aspirational younger viewers if you would share your curriculum vitae. If I were 20 I would want to follow your course of study & nothing else... except for reserving something for social life... should we all ever get back to that.

HOORAY!!! I've got people at work.....Some at least PARTIALLY educated..... Who keep asking me about this exact topic. Redirecting to your video! Another nice one. Keep up the good work!

Big Clive did a great video on this looking forward to checking this one out

Yes, no cancer, but can cause sever burns, obviously! the EM wave won't do any nerve stimulation though, unless it is also pulsing at frequencies lower than 20kHz

Wow thanks h
Mehdi! I'll be watching as soon as schools over.

So would that mean that kitchen microwaves wouldn't cause cancer, but instead cause the heating and nerve stimulation, since they're in the bands described in that Canadian govt site, but obviously with way more power? And that'd be a higher voltage, meaning bigger amplitude?

Damn I was really looking forward to donning my tin foil hat for this one. Way to kill the vibes Mehdi.
