Mehditation: Almost Went to Jail for Defrauding Revenue Agency (Scammer Call!)
Added 2018-08-08 01:54:16 +0000 UTC
I receive so many scammer calls threatening to throw me to jail that even if there is a real one, I wouldn’t believe it! They just better come pick me up…
That's BS to me. Patreon should just host the videos themselves, screw youtube, google and anyone affiliated with them.

Because YouTube is responsible for the advertising, not Patreon. If you want to eliminate ads, get YouTube Red.

Why, even after I pledge do I still get ads?

Awesomely done. I think they all need people like you to tie the up and they won't be able to be scamming so many other people. funny how they all have a definite foreign accent.

Hi, they couldn't complete the scam without your cellphone number. You should get a VoIP phone number (a fake number you can receive calls on) to give as your cellphone number and waste even more of their time. They needed your cellphone number because they were going to direct you to western union/moneygram to send them money or get you to buy some large gift cards that they'll then sell on the black market for real money. They might also use some other methods, like greendot moneypak card or bitcoin. You can waste their time and pretend to not know where to find the western union or how to send money using it.

But more scam calls means more videos and more juicy YouTube money!

Here in Ireland, most of the scam calls involve premium rate numbers. Basically when the scammer rings, they ring the phone one or two times or hang up the moment the person answers. Sometimes the premium rate number can resemble a local number, but with an extra '0' in front (00 is the international # code). If the person tries calling the number back, they get told to please hold on the line for the caller, resulting in the user making a rather expensive call. This is more of an issue with handsfree kits that don't have a display, so person could end up calling back what they think may be a call they were waiting on, not realising they are calling the premium rate scam number.

Awesome! BTW the B.I.T. machine is a bitcoin transaction machine. Scammers use this method because the virtual currency is difficult to trace. Once you commit to making the transaction there is no way you could get it back! Also , she needed your cell phone because the must dirrect you to the Bit coint machine and talk you through the transaction only when you are standing in front of the machine....if they give you any transaction information before you actually get to the machine, that information could be used to track down the scammers.

Hello Mehdi, i think u should make things a little clearer. First i watched the video i thought it was a real canadian official employee. I think this is why it is not available on youtube anymore.

It's really hard to understand the woman. I think you should add subtitles on YouTube for it. Also she has a terrible accent.

Very fun :) lol we have the same stuff going on here and I had to mess with um too! I told them I was an FBI agent investigating fraud. Nothing happened they just sounded confused and hung up.

Oh that was Fun!! I used to get those too. I sent them to my tax attorney though, so he had all the fun. I should've played the game like you did. I've done it with other scams though, like this one in eBay, I played along with him long enough to get enough info together to send a report to the FBI. Including 2 different treasurer's checks drawn at two different banks from (more than likely) fake or stolen accounts. That one was real fun :-D the scammer and I spoke across weeks, and he even tried to 'set me up" with his "sister" but Google told me her pictures were from a model living in Spain. Yet "she" had never left the country. Born and raised Texan, but texted English using (bad) Russian grammar. So yeah, they were super fun. Especially when I deeply offended them at the end, got threatened to be sued, then dropped the bomb that I already sent all their info to the Feds!! 🤣 Good job on the video. It was beautiful!!

It's a strange world we live in. People you've never met can randomly call your phone number, and try to get your personal info, or money. I've had my share of robots and scammers call my number, but never had a chance to humor their calls. Thank you for taking the time to do that.

Damn, good old Granville Street in Vancouver. :) BTW, I got so many of these calls from CRA, never thought of calling them back.

Next time you should use Firertc instead of your home phone because scammers can sell your phone number to other scammers and that could lead to more scam calls. Also you should put the number on scammer.info so that the entire community of scammer.info can prank call these people and shut them down. Also remember that the cra or the irs will not call you personally if you owe them any money, but they will personally send you a letter regarding the issue.

Hey... Matthew Jackson here... please come down to the Jail and POST MY BAIL!!!!! I'm innocent I tell you... INNOCENT!
2018-08-08 02:39:37 +0000 UTC
I don't know. At the rates they are charging and given they are calling from India, they only need to find one live idiot a month.
2018-08-08 02:37:59 +0000 UTC
Boy, you are in trouble now, Mr. Jackson.
2018-08-08 02:36:44 +0000 UTC
You can count me in on the same thing in California with the only difference being US departments & agencies being used but nowhere near as elaborate nor blatant. I guess its all the weed smoking making my scam artists lazy...I'm actually kinda jealous.
2018-08-08 02:27:06 +0000 UTC
Poor skammer!! Her precious time was wasted and she will get no commission ;) I bet she hates you Mr. Jackson!

I received the same scam call. I reported it to the CRA.

Only 4 crimes? What about all those murders Mr Jackson committed? RCMP are listening so it would have been a perfect opportunity for Mr Jackson to admit to being the Zodiac killer... $97,000 would probably increase a little... But Mr Jackson could probably negotiate, maybe get the murder charges dropped and just pay the taxes? :D
2018-08-08 02:16:24 +0000 UTC
Officer Ellie Cooper is on the case. Dang 4 allegations against you Mr. Jackson!
