Day 11 - Tattoos
Added 2022-10-06 01:17:59 +0000 UTCDay 11 - Tattoos Fun Semper!Story for ya. During one of my deployments I was stationed on a Navy ship that made a port of call in Dubai. While there, I got to go on an excursion to the city itself. While the massive buildings were amazing, we weren't allowed to go in any of them and it's not exactly a walkable city so most of us just went to the massive mall they have in the center of town. I remember it clear as day, 3 women in full niqab being led by a man in a keffiyeh (who was obviously their escort), immediately followed not 30 feet back by a suntanned Australian blonde in a lime green bikini top, jean shorts and sandals. I always wondered what those women looked like under their religious garb... Maybe it was like this! Hey, you can't prove that it wasn't! Schrödinger's Queen of Spades.
