This bottle of Barrel Bourbon Single Barrel Cask Strength was a gift and it's a partnership of Total Wine and Barrell Craft. It was very unique and a bit on the strong side at a little over 115 proof. I find that I have to really sip it slow and let the alcohol settle a bit before I can get some of those flavors. It has more light notes and a light floral taste as opposed to the rich caramel of most of the bourbons I've had. This is one of the few where I added a splash of water and it really brought the flavors out. I did enjoy it quite a bit once I brought the flavors out.
