Added 2021-07-21 21:03:17 +0000 UTCI thought I'd take a little break from Whiskey Wednesday and share a fun evening I had out on the town. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant is located 14 floors in the middle of the Eiffel Tower at The Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. It has to be one of the best views of the Bellagio Fountains, has impeccable service and delicious French cuisine. It is an incredibly romantic & intimate restaurant. A lovely place to share a dinner with someone.
I had one of their signature cocktails; The Eiffel Affair: Stoli blueberry vodka, macerated berries, crème de cassis boudier, combier orange liqueur, rose nectar, crémant d'alsace brut. It looked beautiful and was very refreshing. Dinner started with amazing Brioche Crown bread with rosemary butter. For the main course, I had Beef Tenderloin Filet Mignon and Gratinée Of Creamed Spinach And Mushroom. Their crème brûlée is to die for, but I decided to try the Strawberry Rhubarb souffle. It was very good, but not as good as the brûlée😉
