Monday Meeting
Added 2021-07-12 16:18:38 +0000 UTCAre Mondays as hard for you as they are me? I really don't like Alexa's voice sometimes when the alarm goes off. She always sounds so chipper and I really want to rip her out of the wall and throw her across the room. Then when she tells me the weather, I get even more frustrated. It takes a bit of coffee, a shower, and my dog's crazy face to start me going.
When I get suited up, that's when my mind starts to change. Like Clark Kent putting on his cape. The last touch is my perfume and then I'm ready to attack the day. I start going through all my checklist items and talk to Alexa endlessly for reminders. She's pretty good until I have to tell her things twice and then I feel like I'm talking to my dog. Did she really not hear me? Is she messing with me? Don't mess with me on a Monday morning because Siri is one click away.
I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend and if you're anywhere in the U.S. West, please try to stay cool. I'm really over these record setting temperatures.
