In 2017, it won the Master Award (the highest accolade) at the Spirits Business American Whiskey Masters . It was created as a tie-in with the movie, 'Kingsman: The Golden Circle'. Old Forester Statesman is a balanced, distinguished, and delicious bourbon. I found it very easy to drink and I look forward to having more!

Notes from Master of Malt :
Nose: Brooding dark chocolate carries light vanilla essence through strong campfire and oak spice.
Palate: Musty leather breaks with notes of orange citrus. Sweet cinnamon, smooth caramel and pinching baking spices round a really lovely palate.
Finish: Long, rich and beautifully spicy. Really impressive bourbon.
