Added 2025-04-20 17:21:50 +0000 UTCFull public release! A version with subtitles is attached as well! HUGE thanks to the patrons who made this possible (I spent around $200 in Kling credits alone not to mention cloud GPU rental for the the model training/image generation). Also special thanks to Bobby for writing the script and tflover1987 for helping with Spanish!
The next longer animation will be the delayed nude documentary TG thing. I'm currently testing the newly released wan2.1 "First-Last-Frame-to-Video" so look out for my results shortly! So far, I'm quite impressed with it.
Time spent: 200 hours
Software used: FLUX.1-dev (finetuned checkpoint for each character), Kling 1.6, ElevenLabs, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
