January Update

Thanks to your generous support in 2024, I was able to release 3 full-length animations, a couple comics, and numerous tests and short animations. Now on to 2025! Of course, the big release this month will be The Right Match (TG/RC/BE). I’m around six hours into facial animation with probably ten or so more hours to go. I had a false start trying to use my webcam to record my face but noticed I was getting frame drops about 3 hours in. That footage was unusable, but I’m using my Sony A6000 camera now, and it’s looking a lot better! I’m thinking I’ll probably release the animation just to patrons once facial animation is done, and then release the full version after the sound effects are completed. We’re getting close!
I had previously announced that my next NSFW project would be a nude treadmill TG/WG. For a number of reasons, though, I’ve decided to switch this project to be SFW with Sora. First of all, I did more research, and the project is unlikely to work with AnimateDiff. Second of all, that one unnamed model has really made me not want to invest any more time in AnimateDiff at all. Last of all, Sora has a loop feature that is perfect for this project, and I think it will be an interesting experiment.
With all of that in mind, I’m going to delay any long NSFW projects until that one unnamed model fully releases in January. At that point, I’ll have to test its image-to-video capabilities and settle on a project (assuming the image-to-video model is actually released and isn’t nerfed).

I posted some of them on Discord, but there is some new stuff as well! Sora is much too censored currently for my purposes, but I figured I might as well test it while I still have a sub!

Glad you liked the Sora vids! You're exactly right, I just like to see what the model is capable of. It definitely wasn't that comfortable with the horse and car tfs but they at least somewhat worked! I just didn't share some of them on discord since I try not to spam too much lol

It really handled it well compared to all the other animal TF I saw using AI. I also was impressed by the Country to KPop singer. (Edit: The Car TF is also quite nice, I think you try to push the models to see how far it could go with transformation, right?) Also, some of these videos I didn't saw them on Discord. I was wondering if you had more channels for tipper, or you simply didn't share those?

2025-01-04 16:37:54 +0000 UTCSomewhat unrelated but my a6000 is the favorite camera I've ever purchased. I remember a handful of years ago some streamers shifted towards it over webcams and it's just cool that the little guy is so versatile. Excited to see how this all comes along.
