General Update #43

Hey there everyone!

We hope you enjoyed this month's exclusive artwork. Today we have some news to share with you in regards to both Silent Echo and Starwatch.

Silent Echo

We're currently in the process of finishing a small maintenance update for the game, named v0.3.2a, which we plan to release this weekend.

Usually these updates are only bugfixes, however this time around we're also introducing a new customization option for Agent 36, which is tattoos. We're only shipping two types of tattoos in this update as it's more of an experiment, so let us know if you like it and want more of them :)

In parallel, we're also working on the next major update v0.3.3, which will most notably finally introduce Ava's second evolution path, the Succubus variant. We're currently still refining her appearance, so we'll go into further depth in regards to this evolution in a future update post.

Starwatch

At long last, we're going to finally unveil some of what we've been working on for Starwatch behind the scenes.

First, let's address the showcased image above. Eris has received a makeover to truly fit our vision of the headstrong goth girl, and alongside it comes an upgrade to her store as well, allowing it to better fit her envisioned aesthetic as well as prepare it for future use and development.

Secondly, we've implemented the full first section of Lt. Erika's quest revolving around the Eos and her companionship. Notably, each stage of these companion quest lines come with rewards of their own, which can range from sex scenes to material rewards of various kinds. Importantly, while Erika's is the first implemented at current, both Stella and Natalie will be gaining quest lines of their own.

Finally, we've completed an overhaul of the prologue week for Starwatch, bringing it more in line with the visual style that's worked well so far in Silent Echo. While we have fully updated the "tutorial" week in this way, we've also updated Eris' store to match the new style, but due to the amount of existing content that is where we will stop for 0.4.0 and continue to overhaul the existing parts of the game alongside the next updates.

With that said, existing content for Act 2 and it's upcoming content is being done in a matching style, allowing us to present an easier to read layout for your viewing pleasure.

Gone are the word walls of Act 1, replaced with a cleaner format that allows us to lore dump in tasteful moderation.
