Pharah - The model is difficult to work with and do poses with. I can do some stuff so I included her but don't expect the typical winners missionary and cowgirl as options for her.
Triss & Yen - I haven't used those models, not sure if they're even workable. Should they win and be a major issue, i'll default to second place.

I've been meaning to do her for a while but i've noticed that people just don't seem interested, even with multiple votes on. I think i'll do an animation for her at some point soon though as I haven't done one yet.
