Ah yeah, the super secret cabaret training you can only unlock if you beat So Amon in under two minutes using only the base Thug moveset. After that, you use SURF off the bridge near the S.S Anne, check under the truck, and if you're lucky, Luigi comes out and gives you the super secret training pass, but only if you tilt the cartridge at the right time and unlock the secret level select menu first.
