Warning Regarding Membership Renewals

We have received upwards of 20 messages and complaints from patrons complaining that their membership has expired, they only received half a month membership, or requesting a refund because they didn't realise that payments were taken on the 1st of each month every month.
Consider this your notice. Please be aware that Patreon processes payments on the first of each month every month. If your payment method declines during this period, your membership will automatically be suspended. If you enter your pledge late in the month, Patreon will still renew the membership on the 1st of the following month. This is not something we can change, as this is simply how Patreon operates. For maximum benefit, please make sure you're either entering your pledge earlier in the month, or that you're actively downloading each release as they get uploaded so you don't miss out at the turn of the month.
From now on, we will no longer be offering links or refunds to people who fail to take this into consideration as it is taking up too much time and we're getting way too many requests for this (Exceptions may be made for long term fans with a history of patronage). All this information is given to you by Patreon when you enter your pledge, so everyone should already be aware of this.
We've had to write this warning due to the large volume of messages and complaints regarding this. This isn't our fault, and Patreon clearly states when pledges will renew at checkout.
