28:06 I've been in Ajax situation (kinda), so I think it's because even when you feel the one you love changed their heart about you, you still need to hear it from them. Eventhough you respect the right of the other to leave you, you feel you need a proper break out for a fresh start. My ex never give me that proper break out so I tried my best to go with my own way but it still hurt of not knowing why.

When I get defensive, I will go great lengths to protect what/who I care about. There was one time I defended a friend of mine, and I stood in front of him, with my arms out to the side, like a shield. I was protective of him, and wasn't going to let the bad person in front of me, get to him. I was ready to fight if it came to it!
