She's such a good companion and I am always amazed and proud of everything she did in these episodes. She really did save the world. Also, love the reveal about Jack. It caught me by surprise so much when I first saw it. I am excited to watch your reactions to Donna's season. And i would definitely love to watch your reactions to the rest of the show if you're enjoying it. It's been great for helping me rewatch the show in preparation to get caught up. Always love the reactions. Ill keep trying to catch up to your reactions. 💜

2025-05-05 02:33:05 +0000 UTCMy very unpopular opinion on Doctor Who is that I think Matt Smith is a truly terrible actor and i don't get the hype over him, he utterly gets on my tits. So i wouldn't bother watching any after DT - the first 4 seasons are the best for me. The writing gets so bad in the later seasons too. Torchwood however, would be a great substitute!

2025-04-19 22:39:12 +0000 UTCI would definitely say to keep watching after David Tennant. The show has its ups and downs for sure, but in my opinion it never stops being a good time. Also if you feel the need to get your Captain Jack fix, I would suggest the spinoff series Torchwood. It has four seasons (although I don’t really care for the final one) and has a bit more of an adult lean to it, but also super enjoyable and very queer.

I definitely think that you should watch the rest of the show with the other Doctors, I think you’ll like them! And I know it’s a long way off, but I LOVE Fifteen (Ncuti Gatwa’s Doctor) - he’s absolutely incredible! Though I understand if you want to take a little break at some point, I really do think that you should watch them all. I’m so excited for next season, Donna’s my favourite companion and this is the season that I remember most from my childhood, so I can’t wait!!
