Zheng's right hand lady is the only one in the show that pronounces her name "zhong" and I imagine that is the traditional pronunciation, but the rest of the cast pronounce it "zjang". You pronounce it like a Z turning into a J and "ang" just like Aang from ATLA.

I ask because I think that was a major part of this moment for me (and possibly others). That song is heartbreaking, and I ugly cry just at the first few notes! So as Stede is walking down the stairs, I was already ugly crying - like, an embarrassing amount of snot ugly crying!

2024-08-20 16:32:48 +0000 UTCThat whole scene in the water after Ed gets yanked off the cliffedge, and with Stede trying to wake him up, is just so moving, especially with Kate Bush warbling over the top. Perfect, and beautiful. And Taika and Rhys were both really underwater, holding their breath for ridiculous amounts of time while acting and (in Rhys's case) swimming. There's a BTS video on YouTube which shows them filming the scene, and it's fascinating and spectacular!

A big theme in season 2 is change and transformation and his in particular is so powerful after what a toxic douche he was in season 1. So glad you, like Ed, are also seeing the light ahead :)
