Oh my goodness, I feel you about kids Morgan. I absolutely cannot stand kids. They are so annoying, I don’t care how old they are. They may be ‘just kids’ but that’s just an excuse for them to be blahhhh. I learned from my older siblings that I don’t want kids ever. As always Morgan, you’re reaction is amazing and relatable!

2024-08-11 14:33:59 +0000 UTCAnd I was hesitant with Duck Tales at first, saw it through WeeLass (I always get her name wrong....Mosco?) but its much more interesting, loreheavy and with more characterprogression......and a favorite character of mine shows up later. She is wonderful. And yeah, the kids grow on you. And yes, Donald gets easier to understand.....the more you listened to him. Inside Man is very dark. I was a bit surprised but maybe you will like it. I prefer other Tennant works but I take everything with him or Michael Sheen. Sheen is such a versatile chaotic actor and he plays the most charming villains (serial killer in Prodigal Son), which is not the greatest series but an Best of his scenes on YouTube can give you a few laughs and disturbance. Too bad the writing was sub par.

2024-07-28 18:54:33 +0000 UTCseries is so cute.......and david tennant is a treat......if you want short and sweet, david tennant and michael sheen, I can recommend "Staged", a show they made in quarantine.....a fake/they play themselves, trying to rehearse a play over zoom and it is just wonderful Sheen/Tennant shenanigans........they have such different temperaments....its an absolut joy to watch, even if only for yourself .......althogh I wouldn´t say no to reactions (not so subtle hint).....short episodes and just hella funny......othzer good queer and just wellm made show is Dead Boy Detectives. New Hyperfixation. (an even less subtle hint). Its supernatural, has the most wonderful characters and stories....a bit on the darker side......after the graphic novels.....but they made Dead Boy Detectives their own thing, keeping the most important bits and changing for flow. Despicable but so fun villain. And the notorious Cat King. Just take a look if you like and decide for yourself......it just could be up your alley.

Each of the brothers has like a core trait of Scrooge, Dewey his toughness, Huey, his intelligence and Louie his instincts. And yeah there is way too much lore for a kids show lmao, it gets even worse later haha… Loved this reaction and can’t wait for more

Launchpad McQuack is voiced by Beck Bennett. The voice of Sir Thoddeus from Nimona. The obnoxious knight who was always harassing Ballister. Donald is used sparingly. I recommend a site with subtitles when he pops up. Much of the lore of this show is pulled from the old comics which came before the old '87 TV series. I never read the comics, but the old TV series is quite different. Mostly episodic whereas this has a story to tell. Mostly I remember the triplets in the '87 series weren't unique, Webby was the token girl character, and Ms. Beakley was more of a doting house maid. Yes! Dana Terrace worked on this first season. She's responsible for some of the better episodes. I'm really glad you picked this up! Already it seems to have surprised you in that you liked it more than you thought you would. The kids get better, and yes, the humor caters to the adults now and then. Make sure you have the correct order of the episodes. Both Elijah and Mosco have a list.
