Spooky season is upon us!

Hello hello! For spooky season I thought it would be fun to do an exclusive reaction to a halloween movie! The question is which one? Comment down below some Halloween movies you'd like me to react to. They can be specifically Halloween or just horror in general, anything to start the spooky season off right. Theres quite a quite few I havent seen (because I'm uncultured) so I'm looking forward to what you guys suggest!

Alien (1979)

Scooby Doo and the Witch's Ghost is amazing and Repo!: The Genetic Opera is highly underrated and SUPER good!! highly recommend both of those but there are lots of good choices in comments too

Halloween / horror movies, eh? I'll try to keep it brief. But here's some of my personal required viewing for the season. Left "Nightmare Before Christmas" off as I know you've seen it. Horror "Cabin in the Woods" - We all know the story. Group of friends go to a cabin in the woods where they are terrorized / murdered. But why are there so many versions of this story? "The Descent" - A group of friends go spelunking in an unmapped cave and are unprepared for what's waiting for them. Good psychological horror as the setting becomes its own monster. "House of 1000 Corpses" - Seeking thrills, a group of young folk search out the legend of Dr. Satan and wind up with far more than they'd bargained for. Probably a bit to intense for this channel. Horror / Comedy "Beetlejuice" - You've probably seen it. "The Addams Family & Addams Family Values" - The live-action movies from the 90s where Ricci's Wednesday became the favorite canon. "Dracula: Dead and Loving It" - Mel Brooks & Leslie Nielsen are always comedy gold. A spoof on one of the oldest horror stories. "Bubba Ho-Tep" - An aging Elvis Presley and JFK battle a mummy in a Texas nursing home. Weirdly more dramatic than comedic. "Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil" - The "Group of friends on a rural retreat" story seen through the eyes of the locals. Maybe what really happened was one big misunderstanding. "Fido" - 1950s style society where everyone who dies comes back as a zombie. A popular corporation has found a way to tame zombies and turn them into servants. Again, more drama than comedy. Horror / Musical "Repo!: The Genetic Opera" - Legitimately an opera, so virtually every line is sung. A futuristic tale of tragedy, betrayal, inheritance, cosmetic surgery, and organ repossessions. The soundtrack/score is incredible. Anthony Stewart-Head, Alexa Vega, Sarah Brightman, and a surprisingly apt Paris Hilton. "Evil Dead: The Musical!" - A musical retelling of the original Evil Dead 1&2. If you can find a good quality version of this somewhere, it's a stitch. The songs are a lot of fun. "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" - No explanation necessary. Animated "Scooby-Doo On Zombie Island" - Arguably the best Scooby-Doo animated movie. "Scooby-Doo and The Witch's Ghost" - Introduces the Hex Girls to the Scooby-verse. Has caused sapphic awakenings. "Trick-or-Treat Scooby-Doo" - Velma finally gets to be Velma. I know "Over The Garden Wall" is a series, but all episodes combined, it's about the length of a movie. Two brothers find themselves out in The Unknown and try to find their way home.

Corpse Bride and Coraline!!

OK, I have a list of must-see for any Halloween season, but I'm not giving any explanation because going into any of these blind is the best way to watch them. Seriously, watch any of these even if you don't react to them. Coraline Poltergeist Trick r' Treat The Monster Squad IT Chapter 1 and 2 The Addams Family movies, live action Us (2019) From Dusk Til Dawn The Thing (1982) Cabin in the Woods The Halloween Tree The Hotel Transylvania movies The Shining Tremors Ready or Not The Rocky Horror Picture Show

Wolfie Hart

You should do zombie land movies or the Addams family 1&2 from the 1990s

I love all these suggestions

I’m (very) old school so my go-tos are Rocky Horror and It’s The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown Regardless of whether these would be good for reaction, you gotta see both if you haven’t already. Both oft-referenced and huge cultural significance

Antonio Elias

Coraline, Scooby Doo and the Witches Ghost and Zombie Island

SaphWolf

Frankenweenie is such a good one! The animated and live action are both good!

Nicole Fritz

here is a list of some that i think are good. the animated version of The Addams family 1 or 2, The Exorcist, IT from 2017, and The Conjuring.

Paranorman and coralline are my picks!

Dark Persona

Coraline! Corpse Bride! Paranorman! All three definitely a must. Goosebumps. House with a Clock in its Walls. Hocus Pocus.
