Cherry blossom season has arrived in Japan.
It looks like Somei Yoshino, the most beloved variety of cherry blossom in Japan, will reach full bloom next weekend.
Japanese people love to celebrate hanami—picnics under blooming cherry trees.
However, due to unstable weather this year, the cherry blossoms bloomed later than usual. As a result, many annual events have been postponed or extended.
Near my home, there are many early-blooming cherry trees that are different from Somei Yoshino, so I got to enjoy a slightly early hanami.
Cherry blossoms at night are also a beautiful sight.

The translated version of the PSS compilation is currently in progress, so please wait a little longer.
We’ve also started preparing the next installment, but it will probably take quite some time—so please be patient!
