Hi, This is muchi.

For the past few days, I’ve been dealing with muscle soreness so intense that it’s affecting my daily life, especially in my upper body.

The likely cause is the mobility training I’ve been working on for over a year. Two days before the soreness hit, I was doing exercises to improve the flexibility of my thoracic region, and I felt certain parts of my body moving in ways they hadn’t before. As a result, I suspect that the quality of my back workout afterward significantly improved.

Even though the content of the workout hasn’t changed, I’m realizing just how much the quality of training can impact the results.

I’m going to get even bigger!
