At the gym I attend, many of the instructors are also active fitness competitors. One of the women there recently won first place in a specific category in a national competition.
She had spoken to me during the bodybuilding competition I participated in, and I remember thinking how mature and composed she was for someone so young.
However, when I checked the results of the competition and saw her profile...
I discovered that she’s more than 10 years older than me!😯
I was truly shocked. I also learned that she didn’t start training until well after the age I am now, which was incredibly inspiring.
I hope to follow her example and stay youthful for as long as I can!
