It has been a while since I ate beef.π
In Japan, there is a way of eating meat called "shabu-shabu".
This is a cooking method in which beef or pork is sliced into paper-thin slices and lightly heated in hot water, and I love it.
This is a funny story that often happens to Japanese people when they move to the U.S. When they try to buy "thin-sliced" meat in the U.S., it looks like the kind of thick meat that is sold as steak in Japan, even though it is labeled "thin-sliced".π
The thickness of the meat that we associate with the "thin-sliced" label is completely different.
In fact, the meat used for shabu-shabu is sometimes so thin you can see through the plate.
Of course, I do love a girl with a thick body!π
