ok here is a short synopsis

2 years ago i found LTE and they provided the internet i have come to rely on. then about half a year ago (give or take) they split from their parent company "Impact Wireless" but for a time everything seemed to be fine. then my net was turned off. after a bunch of drama i found that the original company i was with (LTE) was not only around but had grown. so i called their sales reps to get some info that they still had the same deals and after i hung up to discuss our options with the rest of the family. the same people i had talked to 2 years ago called me back and not only got me signed back up but waved all activation and shipping charges so it was like i never left.
THAT is customer service. if you are in the USA and need a hotspot with unlimited data LTE unlimited is the first company you should go for

i know this is not my usual kind of posts but since having unlimited data is really important to my career, to have a company that goes the extra mile to get you what you want and need is something to be praised
