so i was having trouble with the second set of arms because i really want to have all the functionality of the first set of arms, but daz has a really "slow" rigging system and i did not want to spend a year just creating bones.
so i asked daz a question about how to do it faster and ba-da-boom! they gave me a clever way of using the tools daz has to make the work a LOT easier.
move the arms back over the base arms
then use the transfer tool to get the rigging you want
then use the position you WANT the arms to be in as a "morph" and use the adjust rigging to shape function
next is to make this "morph" the "default" and change the bone names where needed so the system does not crash and it is all fine tuning from then on
