well the bunbarian folio is taking a lot longer then i hoped (especially since i keep going cross-eyed while refining it. i decided i should still start the squirrel folio since i am using my 3d base and it will go a lot faster.  the bunbarian folio did help me loosen up workflow wise and the extra time per folio means i can polish this up more then usual

also i have been looking up references for 3d figures for a style that would help make my illustrations a lot more vibrant and dynamic

Well if you have the money get a VR rig and use it with zbrush. Otherwise zbrush is very good at doing that stuff. I've seen people use it to sculpt a cube like a piece of clay to carve or similar things, it seems it uses the standard rig of a tablet+pen to get the job done but can be attached to a VR rig for the fancy stuff. But i never used it myself. So i don't know. If instead you mean making stuff that detailed without using a 3d painting tool and only using 3d studio or Blender or similar stuff which does pretty well rigging, animation and editing but not actual sculpting... Good luck. 😕

ah i see the confusion. look at the quality of the render...it is nice and smooth and well thought out. same with the pose and color basically i want to up the quality of my models and the renders i do with them so they have a better color and lighting.

Okay the salty squirrel is very nice as usual, but i don't get what you're trying to do with the catgirl. You say you need 3d figures for reference. The catgirl is obviously not rigged, looks like one of those sculptures people make on ZBrush... So what use would that be to you? 🤔 Do you want to imitate that style? Do you want to buy a bunch of these figurines online to spark your imagination? Do you want to see how these people work with that program to make sculptures like that?
