Progress Update (Mid-May)

Hi friends, time for another progress update : )

First of all, I've added a gym into the city, so now you have 2 buildings to explore (casino+gym). The casino helps you earn more money, and the gym allows you to train and increase your maximum pleasure gauge.

Secondly, I've listened to fan feedback and added game over scenes, so that it's now possible to lose and watch the ghost girls milk you dry :^)(difficulty setting can be changed before night begins). I've also added a gallery to the game's main menu, clearing a night (regardless of difficulty) will unlock all game-over scenes for the corresponding night in the gallery.

Thirdly, balance and performance improvements. I've improved the code a bit to make transitions between all animations feel a bit less laggy (hopefully it worked), especially for the fire ghost. I also implemented some balance changes such as decreasing your starting essence to 2. Again, if you're worried about losing, you can choose casual difficulty.

Now onto release schedule. I should be able to release the updated version of the demo by the end this month (May). As for Night#2, we've started animating scenes for Night 2, the goal is to finished Night 2 by the end of June, but our main artist is out next week for personal reasons, so I'm currently not sure if we'll see any delays. Night#2 is going have a whole bunch of scenes added to the game, so please look forward to it.
