I chose #1 because I thought of how your character normally looks and I think #1 looks like the closest tomboy version of that, instead of just the most tomboy appearing character/thumbnail in 2 or 3. Eh, doesn't matter either way. The more the merrier. Was kinda a toss up between 2 and 3 for me, but I think 3 fits the tomboy vibe little more.
