Hi guys! It's Danitysimmer and I'm here with a new update for the Fashion Student mod and this is the Interactions update! After this update, there won't be any other updates (unless a game patch breaks it) until the Active career comes out.

Unto this update!

This update comes with Sims Interactions, Phone Interactions, Computer interactions and also a special interaction with the Video Station object.

There are two types of Interactions. Interactions for those with the Fashion Designer Skill only and Interactions if you have the Part-Time Job. You can have both or only one, the choice is completely yours.

For the Fashion Student interactions to show, you will need to have the Fashion Designer Skill Level 1

PHONE INTERACTIONS

It can be found in the new FASHION DESIGNER Phone Category!

Watch the Tartosa Met Gala - Your Sim can watch the Tartosa MET Gala on their phone and computer, only on the Weekends from 6:30PM. I have also decided to make a Holiday Tradition for those who would like to make it a yearly holiday or something. This also comes with new Buffs, positive and negatives one.

COMPUTER INTERACTIONS

On the Computer, there will 3 new interactions. Those also come with new Buffs and Notifications.

If you are in the Part-Time Career Fashion Designer Career, Writing a Fashion Blog and Researching Fashion Trends will help with job performance.

Host a Virtual Fashion Show

If you have the video station, your Sim can now host a virtual Fashion Show. This interactions acts just like the Record Fashion Tips interaction so at the end, you will get a prompt to edit and post the video. While hosting this fashion show, you will also get random 'comments' from 'live audience'. They will show as notifications on the side. Currently 20 comments but more will be added over time. Custom Buff as well and a small fame gain as well.

SIM INTERACTIONS

Under Friendly, you will find a new pie menu titled 'Fashion Student' and inside that, you will find 6 new interactions.

Did you watch the latest episode of Sims Next Top Model? - You will get 3 different responses from the other Sim, it might repeat but eventually, you will get all 3.

Discuss Fashion Trends - If you have the Part-time Fashion Designer career, you will gain some job performance.

Share Fashion Tips - Your Sim will give 10 different Fashion Tips, just like previously some might repeat but eventually, all 10 will show.

Talk about attending San Myshuno Fashion Week - 2 Different Buffs depending on if the interactions succeeds or not. The Target Sim will also have buffs.

Ask to be a Fashion Show model - Don't want to go into CAS and assign someone as a Model? You can now ask Sims to be your models and if they say yes, they will automatically get the Model trait. If they say no, your friendship level will go down and you'll get a Tense mood/buff. This interaction won't show up if the Sim is already a Fashion show model.

Talk about Favourite Designer - 7 Different responses from your Sims.

Met Gala is NOT locked behind the Fashion Student trait, normal sims can do those. ALL the interactions come with custom Buffs.

PART-TIME FASHION DESIGNER INTERACTIONS:

PHONE INTERACTIONS

Call the Warehouse - Those in Level 1 & 2 of the Career can call the Warehouse on the weekdays, from 12-5pm. You will get a custom buff depending on how the conversation went.

Call Suppliers - Level 1-3 can call the Suppliers on the weekdays only from 10am and they are opened for 8 hours. Just like before, you will get a custom buff depending on the conversation.

Take Inspirational Trips - Level 3-4s can take Inspirational trips (Rabbithole) for 2 Sim days (don't worry about their needs, it will automatically fill up at random times), it will be active only on Fridays and Saturdays from 9AM. Custom Buffs/Notifications once the trip is over that will detail just how much they loved/hated the trip. You will gain some Charisma and Logic skills and also gain some work performance which will help towards promotions if you had a good trip.

WARNING: IF YOU GO OFF LOT OR EXIT YOUR GAME, THE 2 DAYS WILL RESTART SO BE SURE YOU WANT TO DO THIS!

Give Presentations - Level 3 Sims will also be able to give Presentations but it will only be active on Fridays from 12PM and they'll be gone for 2 hours. They will have custom Buffs when they return depending on how the Presentation went.

COMPUTER INTERACTIONS

Research Patterns - On the Computer, your Sim can now Research Patterns if they are in Level 1-2

Write Reports - Level 1-2 Sims will also be able to write reports.

Work on Presentations - Level 3 Sims will be able to work on Presentations any days of the week.

Once you reach certain levels in the career, some interactions WILL disappear because it doesn't relate anymore.

All the Career Interactions and some of the Fashion Student interactions will help towards your overall job performance!

Your Sim can now also talk about getting a new job when they get the Part-Time Fashion Designer job, you can find this under Friendly - Small Talk

CHANGES

CHANCE CARDS - PART TIME FASHION DESIGNER CAREER

The part-time fashion career now comes with 7 different chance cards, at least one in each level. The chance cards and the options gives you the opportunity to get custom buffs, money and fame (Get Famous Required) PLUS the option you pick will either give you a job performance gain or loss so pick wisely! The chance cards work just like any other in the game, it comes at random!
I have also edited the Promotional Objectives in the Part-time Fashion Designer career to reflect the new interactions.
I have changed the 'Watch a Fashion Show' phone interactions to show only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 5PM for 8 hours. You can now find it in the Fashion Student phone category.
You can develop a work rival and if you have fears turned on, you can also get the Fear of the Dead End job.
Cleaned up the coding a bit more in the back-end.
