This story could be insanely looong, but wanna give out some work I've done, also something you never see; how the scene looks from my perspective!
Let's start from the players perspective;

This is just her with all the precum she's milked. Don't mind of her yet, as she is just at the import stage atm. Dummy doll.
Next, I just love the details most of you guys never seen, but they are there! Nice view, nothing fancy, right?

Well, approach the window and see how the lawn is cut...

Yep, a Mistress rides the guy, the lawnmower attached to his privates. Just a VERY good example of the things to see that are hidden with the FD3.
Ok, this is where the polygon count kicks in; you don't want EVERYTHING to be as detailed as the room level; this would kill the performance with any VR setup. So yes, I fool you guys bigtime:)
Let's see what you never see behind that window;

This a called optimization; anything, which is out from your view should be null; do NOT waste any rendering time to show ANYTHING you'll never see! All the buildings, grass, bushes are just image planes!
Let's hop to the ground level; The characters there are about 5% of the detail level of the actual scene, but, when far away, they are fine doing the job;

Again, let's go bit further away here;

You, as the player, are in that tiny room with lots of symbols. Anything outside is just smoke and mirrors, but it looks really cool! If you note the grass level; that's just one texture I painted, there is no shadows at all, all painted. All this extra work is to give more immersion, so feel free to nit pick with the details!
What comes to the sound world; I tend to imagine the surroundings, add the sfx needed, sometimes recording myself and the next step is to find or compose the music.
After that, add the VO recording, following the story. Oh, forgot, someone has to design the VO!
So I understand lost of you guys want to get stuff FAST, but from my point, doing my best! NOT going to the details if she figures her tongue is under your privates while licking, as it's yet another story, and that's a DULL code blabla...
When working with this scene, not going the reveal the why you are there, but it looks insanely nice!
