Is Steam ok with adult?
Added 2019-11-06 23:03:26 +0000 UTCThe previous game, Amoreon, isn't that bad for adult stuff, or is it? There are bunch of adult titles at Steam, but the Amoreon is never going to be one of those, unlike SinVR:

The worst offer I ever got from one of the big ones was 70% for them and 30% for the us. Next we'll strip out ALL videos from Amoreon, all photos of real women and see what happens. We need to pay the Steam fee again and build the super-complex-information & images for the store page. And anyway, if you make adult stuff, there is lots of middlemen taking cuts, so we actually end up something like 20 USD per game before taxes.

(sarcasm on) Maybe adding an option to not undress and check it with optout would satisfy their guidlines. Or better: A downloadable patch. (sarcasm off) Is itch.io an option for selling?

Solluction would be if Amoreon got more game styles and thus hiding the pornography part as a side feature. (Brain fart message, so might not make any sence)
