Meet Flint

I'm planning to introduce an anti-hero who serves as a rival to both Jenny and Akane. Flint Gearwolf is a bounty hunter with robotic parts who's always on the hunt for high-value criminals. There will be times when Flint's hunt intersects with a mission of Jenny's, one of Akane's targets, or even encounters between Jenny, Akane, and Flint.
Flint enjoys flirting with women, which annoys Jenny, so he does it even more with her. He has a habit of tying Jenny and/or Akane up before leaving so they can't interfere with his business, but not before saying a flirty and mocking goodbye, further enraging Jenny.
Occasionally he teams up with Ruby, who, for fun, plays along by acting seductively while they investigate cases together, even allowing herself to be captured by Flint. Jenny finds Ruby and Flint's dynamic repulsive.
