I did a quick animation to better show how it looks with the fat ripple effect of the dynamic brush. Changes to the mesh in general are more visible in this gray preview. The ripples are easy to see here, whereas in render they are kind of hard to see, unless the light is hitting the surface just right. With fur, it'll probably be invisible x).
I am curious to see how a rendered version will look. :D
I also did some further testing on the fat simulation, utilizing more of the internal spring function for the cloth simulation. It got a function to define where the internal mass should be slightly more firm, which I had to try out.
